Judy Lassa – Founder/Owner
Judy focuses on wine sales and event management. When not spending time in the winery or on the vineyard, she is goes back and forth between Oregon and Boise, ID where she is COO for a local company. With a degree in paper science and engineering, her corporate business experience, and a love for farming from her days growing up on a dairy farm, she enjoys all aspects of the wine industry and provides critical expertise to the business.
Lonnie Krawl – Founder/Owner/Winemaker
With help from family, friends and several Oregon winemakers, Lonnie has been the winemaker since the first vintage in 2008. With a degree in Chemical Engineering, he enjoys the chemistry and applications in the wine-making process. Although still learning every day, he picked up his wine-making start with a few classes from Walla Walla Enological and Viticulture school and worked several harvests with Trisaetum and other wineries. He too spends time flying between Oregon and Boise, working as a Director of Human Resources for a company in Boise, Idaho.
Kyle and Blake Krawl
From Kyle designing the Mouvance logo and developing labels to Blake helping in the winery, they find time to help mom and dad while attending school at Oregon State and Pierce College.
Frank and Marion Lassa
After 30 years of operating a dairy farm and raising their family in Wisconsin, Frank and Marion moved to the Southwest. They had the opportunity to travel and visted and hiked many of the parks and Indian cultural centers. Frank and Marion moved to Rickreall, Oregon to live on the vineyard where they work with our viticulture management company Results Partners to help run the daily operations on the vineyard.
Born and raised in Eastern Idaho, Sammy grew up on a small ranch where she helped her parents raise horses and cattle. She moved to Boise to continue her education, and after a litte over two years she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and Leadership Skills from Boise Sate University. Sammy has gained notable experience in the wine industry through her experiences working at the french restaurant, "Le Cafe De Paris", where she met Lonnie and Judy. She began working at Mouvance Winery after Lonnie and Judy relocated their tasting room to Boise in 2013.
The family has benefited from several Oregon wine-makers providing consulting and support including Scott and Lisa Neal of Coeur de Terre, James and Andrea Frey as well as Greg McClellan of Trisaetum, and Chris Lubberstedt at Methven Vineyards.
