- Enrollment in a club is a one year commitment and your membership will automatically renew each subscription year

Cancellation for club membership in future years must be received in writing prior to any shipments

Members are billed at time of shipment for wine (less discount), shipping, and applicable sales tax

It is the member's obligation to notify Mouvance of any address change before wines are shipped

Members must be 21 years or older and a signature from an individual 21 or older is required for delivery

Wine club shipments can only be made to states where wine can be legally shipped
